GFRP bars are used as an alternative to reinforcing steel bars and are used in many concrete infrastructures such as parking garages, bridges, and general road structures.
TEMCORP’s quality standards adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Canadian Standard’s Association (CSA) and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. Similar to reinforcing steel, GFRP bars are produced in different diameters and lengths. 13, 15, 20 and 25 mm diameter bars are typically produced in 9 metre lengths but various lengths can be produced to meet our customers’ needs. TEMCORP produces TemBars Grade II and Grade III. TemBar is produced using the well known pultrusion process.
